This project represents our interest and subsequent exploration to discover where exactly our food comes from, and why our food's origin matters. Jessica is a junior at the University of Missouri majoring in strategic communications and psychology. She is vegetarian and enjoys fine cheeses.

Shannon is a junior at the University of Missouri majoring in photojournalism. She is a full-blown carnivore whose pizza toppings of choice (spinach, tomatoes, and red onions) usually confuse the meat-lovers.
